Nosh has a reputation for fabulous and inspiring food - a creative and passionate catering company based in the heart of Glasgow, with over fifteen years of events experience. Drawing on the skill and enthusiasm of our chefs and front of house managers, we can ensure that each and every event is not only handled professionally, but with individuality and care.

We can feed you and your guests any time, and anywhere - at weddings and celebrations, business breakfasts, launches and networking events, county shows and exhibitions, on the beach or on a boat, in a field, and if we're lucky enough, under the cover of a marquee!

We have perfect flexibility and flair for your preferred style of dining, so choose a menu from our samples, or talk to us about your favourite dishes or theme for your event, so that we can create a menu just for you.

MEET SARA

Sara Sinclair is absolutely passionate about food, and everything to do with it. Based in Glasgow, she has travelled the world and experienced a huge variety of foods and cooking cultures. Her cooking adventures began when she was only four years old with her grandmothers, both traditional Scottish cooks who prepared everything fresh every day. This ethos has become one of Nosh's guiding principles, together with a belief that Scottish food can hold its own against any cuisine in the world.

When she was about seven years old, Sara was sailing round the west coast of Scotland pretty much every weekend, on a yacht with a very small galley. Here she learned to catch, gut and cook mackerel, sometimes in petty choppy seas- excellent practice for some of the venues that nosh loves to work in! She has been cooking ever since, and running nosh successfully for over fifteen years.

Sara brings her love of food and love of life to every event that nosh is involved in. This is coupled with a commitment to quality, service and attention to every tiny detail that makes the Nosh experience very special indeed.

PRIVATE CATERING

Nosh has cooked in flats and castles; barns and fields: tents and boats; large conference centres, shops and offices.

We love to cater for weddings of various sizes, have prepared romantic dinners for two, and have fed six hundred and twenty assorted rockstars and crews at Rockness.

We cook as far north as Inverness, and as far south as London; and will be happy to work with you to find a suitable location for your event anywhere in between.

In Glasgow and the central belt in particular, we have some very special spaces that we'd be happy to share with you.
